Computer call-out's
We can come to you business or home to fix any type
of computer, server, printer and network issue.
We do not charge travel time or mileage if it is within
ten miles of your nearest Syn-star support centre.
You can phone us anytime to come out and fix any issues
you may be experiencing.
Call out's are charged:
- For standard call out's for computers, printers
and network issues (wired and wireless) @
£40+VAT per hour
- For call out's for servers and network infrastructure
@
£50+VAT per hour
All call out's are charged at a minimum of one hour
and then increments of fifteen minutes.
(for example if we are there for 1 hour and forty-five
minutes you shall be charged £70+VAT)
Support packages
Our aim is to provide a personalised
support package. All companies are different, so the
support you require will be different:
Syn-star is a professional IT support

individual users and entire networks with multiple sites
and Microsoft servers. Our primary goal is minimising
your downtime, whether it be by fixing problems as they
occur or proactively monitoring your systems, to detect
problems before they occur. We can also achieve this
better than regular IT support companies as we have
1000's of items in-stock in our stores across the south
coast. Have you ever had to wait for repairs or replacement
products? Also if you order something, the courier charges
will be included in the price, because we place orders
daily, straight away you will be saving at least £15.

Whether its hardware or software, networking or IT services
we have the solution for you. We are committed to offering

equipment surrounding all aspects of computing. We can
taylor a solution to you. We can offer support when
you need it, when you have hardware / software failure
or we offer monthly support. This can be to monitor
your server on a daily basis and also offer full email
and telephone support. All our support customers will
have there own account manager enabling you to streamline
any issues you may have. We even talk in a language
you can understand, from a single PC to a complete network
and server solutions.
